I have a newly built cooking school on my organic farm, and that is where I hold my classes. It is a spacious and modern, open air kitchen and provides a comforting and friendly ambience for the students.

I grow herbs and vegetables, coffee and fruit. Right now bananas and papayas are in season. We have just harvested our first coffee beans. So exciting!!!
