We try to get Western favourites for our restaurant. So we have Bagels from the Good Life Restaurant in Pai.
Cream Cheese made by our good friend Sue Wild in Tham Lod. She also makes the incredible "Miss Wild's Strong Marmelade" with mixtures of Orange, Lemon and Limes.
We bring Bananas and Papayas from the organic farm, and Lemongrass and Ginger Tea.
If you order in advance, we can make you Whole Wheat Yeasted Pancakes, with home made Yoghurt and Honey from the local Hill Tribes.
